Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben

Responsible for vendor creation and change management
Responsible for accurate and timely processing of incoming vendor invoices in accordance with the applicable tax and accounting regulations
Monitor and supervise the vendor invoice postings in SAP in collaboration with our Shared Service Center team
Serve as a point of contact for our employees regarding invoice payments, vendor creation and vendor change requests and support the team on various accounting topics
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and execution of weekly payment runs and ad hoc payment requests
Payment netting and bank postings in SAP
Prepare daily and weekly bank balance reports
Collaborate with our treasury colleagues in UK on various cash and payment related topics

Das bringen Sie mit

University degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or an apprenticeship training as an accountant
Previous experience in a similar role ( 1-3 years)
Very good command of SAP and MS Office applications
Proven experience in a multinational corporation in a local accounting team
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision
Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Fluency in English, German would be a plus
